Donations Needed for André House

In a couple of weeks a team from Heritage Church will be volunteering at Andre House, a ministry that provides meals, clothing, and basic necessities to those experiencing homelessness in Phoenix. We are collecting gently used adult clothing and blankets to help meet these needs. Donations can be dropped off at the church through Friday, August 28th. Thank you for partnering with us as we serve our neighbors in need!


Women’s Gather Event - September 19


GATHER is an annual morning for the Women of Heritage to connect, share stories, and turn our attention together toward God. This year, our BEHOLD theme continues as we explore the Fatherhood of God and reflect on what it means to be known, cared for, and deeply loved by Him. Come enjoy a morning filled with fun, meaningful conversation, and connection—and bring a donation of diapers, wipes, clothing, hygiene items, or canned food to help bless women and families through Hope Women’s Center of Phoenix. Childcare will be provided!

Daniel 12 calls us to remain faithful in the waiting, confident that God holds the future and that for those who trust Him, the end of this life is only the beginning of what He has promised.

All Church Lunch on 9/13!
Stick around after service on Sunday, September 13 for All Church Lunch—a relaxed afternoon with free hamburgers and hot dogs, plenty of good food, and space to connect with friends or meet someone new at Heritage. That morning, we’ll also be celebrating the fall launch of Small Groups and the opportunity to grow deeper in relationship with Jesus and one another. It’s a simple picture of what it means to be grounded, growing, and generous together—sharing life, food, and community as a church family. Lunch is on us! But help make the table even better by bringing a favorite tailgate-style side or snack to share, like chips and dip, wings, taquitos, little smokies, nachos, kabobs, or whatever you love to bring to the party. No registration needed—just bring something to share and plan to stick around!

This Week's Message "Grounded in the Love of Jesus" Jason Fischer | Ephesians 2:1-10, 19-22, 3:10-12, 4:1-6 To say we are grounded in the love of Jesus is an affirmation of our secure identity and it means we have a new capacity to work together according to our new purpose in Christ. Once dead in sin, we have been made alive by grace, brought near to God, and joined together as members of His family. Because of what Jesus has done, we can walk confidently in the good works He has prepared for us—living with humility, unity, and love as His Church displays the wisdom and grace of God to the world. This Week's Message "Heaven Rules" Jason Fischer | Daniel 4:1-37 Through Nebuchadnezzar’s testimony we are faced with the reality that God rules on earth just as he does in heaven. This conflicts with our own pride so it is important for us to understand how pride shows up in our own lives in order to submit to God’s sovereign and gracious rule. Here's what our community is lifting up this week: Cancer Diagnosis: Daniel Lichtenberger’s sister-in-law was recently diagnosed with breast cancer which will require surgical intervention. Please pray for healing, finances, minimal growth/impact of the cancer, and comfort through this difficult season. Pray for her husband to get the job God would have for him to provide for their needs. Clark Family: The Clark’s son Josh had an accident and suffered broken sinuses and a small brain bleed. He went through surgery ok but pray for quick healing and no complications to arise and the presence of the Lord to be with the family as they recover. Submit your own prayer request here. We'd love to help you connect. This Week's Message "Hope In The Fire" Pastor Blake Williams |Daniel 3:1-30 What do you do when faithfulness to God puts you at odds with the world around you? In Daniel 3, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego face an impossible choice: bow before the king's golden image or be thrown into a blazing furnace. Their courage reminds us that true faith isn't measured by whether God rescues us from every trial, but by our willingness to trust Him no matter the outcome.
